Biomarker evaluation a key to determining efficacy, mechanism-of-action, and safety. At Eurofins Discovery, our biomarker assays and services accommodate a range of biologics and small molecules, and report out on measures of cell health along with clinically relevant cytokines, chemokines, cell surface receptors and intracellular signaling molecules.
- Biomarker Services takes a Cytokines and Beyond approach, with readouts for every program and reliable assays based on a well-characterized bank of immunologically diverse human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) to evaluate the impact of pipeline candidates, test agents, or repurposed drugs on key cell types with the immune system (See Features tab). Assays use a breadth of technology platforms including multiplex ELISA, flow cytometry, mass spectrometry and high content imaging; provide flexible readout and time-point formats; and include options for non-human primate, mouse, rat, and dog PBMCs.
- For a more structured approach that combines the power of the BioMAP® Platform with a medium-throughput screening option, BioMAP Diversity Early Screening is the choice. BioMAP Diversity Early Screening allows clients to screen more compounds, more quickly, than our flagship BioMAP Diversity PLUS® option. Interactive data reports built in Tableau are an option for data visualization and as an easy way for clients to combine data across programs.
We can also run custom assays with your specified cell lines or types, sub-cellular components, biological samples, or design a flow cytometry panel to meet your specific needs. We offer custom immune marker panels with singleplex or multiplex data options.
