Immunophenotyping identifies cells based on proteins expressed on the cell surface. For therapies with intentional, unintentional, and even undetermined impact on distribution of immune cell subpopulations, we offer flow cytometry assessment of test molecules and reference or standard-of-care therapeutics on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

Immune cell profiling for test agent-induced changes in biomarkers that specifically identify T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocyte subpopulations, within pooled or single-donor PBMCs, may predict subsequent cytokine and chemokine secretion responses in patients. This, in turn, may influence intended target modulation and thus is an important component of both small and large molecule discovery programs. With our immunophenotyping services, you can:
