If an off-the-shelf Fee for Services (FFS) isn’t what you need, we offer flexible FTE services with trained resources to get the job done right the first time. In many cases, clients elect FTE services to support focused screening programs, complex assay/ cell model development, or research goals that require rapid “test and pivot” strategies.
Biology FTE services are available within all US, APAC, and EU facilities, complete with everything required to generate first results within weeks, including full-scale cell culture suites, sample logistics support, lab infrastructure, automation platforms, quality systems, validated equipment, and consumables ready to deploy.
We take pride in offering FTE solutions that become “your hands in our facility”, complete with study management and quality management governance. We offer a standard Managed Hours FTE Service for easy plug and play, monthly billing based on actual FTE time utilization, or Custom FTE Services, with flexibility in design, based on your preferences.
Managed Hours FTE Services
Ideal for clients who desire the benefits of a simplified invoicing process and detailed time tracking. Services are billed monthly according to hourly accrual at pre-determined rates.
Services include 1 month of dedicated scientific resource time. Services may be preconfigured for multiple months or renewed on a month-by-month basis. Time will be tracked and reported in hourly units (1 Month = 160 Billable Hours). Minimum order unit of 0.25 (1 week 40 hours) per month. All standard cell culture and lab consumables are included in the price. Studies that require specific kit consumables, licensed cell systems, or critical reagents with significant expense are managed in simple and accountable pass-through billing programs.
Custom FTE Services
Ideal for clients who prefer a customized scope, duration, or invoicing structure. We have experience accommodating a wide range of options.
